Security Personalized Views: Each user logs onto a personalized view of the project and the Internet. Only folders and documents that have been authorized are viewable. Trying to go to an unauthorized area is not even an option. Internal Security When registering with IronSpire, each user is given a digital "ID badge." The site owner establishes a profile for each user, indicating the folders and documents to which the user has access and privileges. For ease of project management, profiling can be done at two levels: Group: users can be assigned to groups that are given certain access and privileges. Individual: users can be given individual access and privileges to areas and documents. All extranet folders and documents include a security attribute, and the system will check a user's "ID badge" before allowing access. All IronSpire JobSite extranets are located on a Microsoft Internet Information Server, which provides encrypted communications over the Internet. Digital certificates are used to collect user information.
