Data Capture:

  • All forms can be customized, collecting any data desired.
  • The project manager decides what types of information will be tracked and how it will be managed.   

Data Reporting and Export

  • Document reports include comprehensive information, including all responses and histories.
  • Log reports include some metrics such as "Average Days Open".
  • Logs can be exported into Excel for further analysis.

Review and Approval Process:

  • IronSpire maps to your workflows. The Project Manager controls the routing of information.
  • Team members are instantly notified via email when there is something that requires their action, adding a layer of accountability and speeding up the response time.
