Creating a Project History for Accountability

Rifling through boxes of documents and incomplete information is eliminated by the project archive. At project close-out, all of the project documents, decisions and activities are preserved for historical and operational purposes :

  • Preserve all project-related documents, commuications and decisions.
  • Retain supplier information for ongoing maintenance and operations.
  • Track warranties.
  • Possess as-built drawings along with originals and revisions.
  • Manage any legal issues with complete project record.
