Creating a Project History for Accountability

Time wasted rifling through boxes of documents and incomplete information is eliminated by the project archive. At project close-out, all project documents, decisions and activities are preserved for historical and operational purposes:

  • Control all project-related documents, communications and decisions.

  • Manage any disputes with complete project record.
  • Retain supplier information for ongoing maintenance and operations.
  • Track warranties.
  • Possess as-built drawings along with originals and revisions for maintenance, remodel and renovations.
