IronSpire Requirements

Technical Requirements
No special hardware or software is needed to take advantage of IronSpire's collaboration features.
Minimum requirements are:

  • Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
  • Internet connection - as fast as practical

Human Resource Requirements
No special IT staff is required to set-up or maintain JobSite. IronSpire handles licensing, implementation, training, and all upgrades.

All users are welcome to take advantage of the following customer support options:

  • Unlimited calling to our customer support Help Desk.
  • Online “Ask the JobSite Expert”.
  • An online user forum where users can post questions and tips

Delegated Administration
PrimeSite customers, at their option, may designate a local administrator to manage licenses and project life cycle activities.
