How it Works
IronSpire JobSite is accessed
via the Internet, where the entire team conducts its business within a secure
project website. There, according to their security permissions, team members
can view and redline drawings, manage documents, conduct a discussion or send a
message.
Team members are automatically notified via email
when there is something that requires their action, adding a layer of
accountability and accelerating the review process.
Project managers have control over how documents are
managed, who reviews them, and how information is displayed.
All decisions, discussions and activities are
recorded for later reference.
Some of the types of documents managed are: bids,
submittals, change orders, RFIs, meeting minutes, and progress photos.
