Subcontractor Management IronSpire users are encouraged to submit all information electronically, whether through input forms or attached files.  With the information securely on the site, project histories and archives may be maintained.  Full text search is available to locate any topic whether contained in the forms or attached documents. Subcontractor documents Submittals Scope of Work & Pay Applications Bid Submissions Reports are available on-line and in .PDF format for publishing.  Documents are available in .PDF or .DOC for printing, faxing, etc. Special reports with Solomon data fields and formats are generated in .XLS format for further analysis or export into a .CSV file for Solomon import.
Change Order Management Project team members can quickly resolve issues, initiate requests for changes, review each request, then work within the accounting system to produce the actual change orders for the owner’s approval and the subcontractor’s action. Behind the scenes the user, already known to one system, is seamlessly identified and authenticated on the other.     Solomon Desktop provides unique access to the job costs, payments, and other budget critical items.
