IronSpire Licenses Enterprise Online Collaboration Solution to D.L. Withers Construction Portland, Oregon- January 29, 2002 - IronSpire, Inc., a leading provider of online collaboration solutions for the construction industry, announced today that D.L. Withers Construction, LC, an Arizona-based general contractor with nearly $200 million in annual contracts, is a new licensee of the company's IronSpire PrimeSite solution. PrimeSite is an annual enterprise license that enables contractors to define a customized construction information management system that is accessed and utilized within their own web site. "It's a tremendous advantage to us to have a system that standardizes our company's existing procedures within an online system," said Dan Withers, CEO of D.L. Withers. "PrimeSite makes it much easier for us to compare projects to develop best practices, and provides a competitive advantage when we're bidding for new projects." The PrimeSite solution is integrated as a seamless extension of the D.L. Withers site, so it reinforces the look and feel of the company's brand, including logo, color schemes and terminology. PrimeSite customers can also take advantage of IronSpire's X-tensible Document Management Technology, which allows data capture and workflow to be customized to meet the company's unique information needs. "PrimeSite takes the proven capabilities of our JobSite collaboration system and enables them to be optimized for an individual customer," said Bob Ellis, President and CEO of IronSpire. "We are very pleased that an industry leader like D.L. Withers has selected PrimeSite as the foundation on which to build their construction management solution." The solution is already in use by the company and its subcontractors. The improved visibility and control over projects has allowed D.L. Withers to take on more and more "CM at risk" jobs, in which construction managers provide pre-construction services to ensure budget is achieved, and commit at their own risk to a guaranteed maximum price. With a growing number of public works projects, D.L. Withers next plans to extend the system to allow for public interaction and comment. About
