Successful Project Managers share their secrets with IronSpire		Tip #5 - Begin with the End in Mind In order to stay competitive, companies must continually improve the processes that have the greatest impact on the business. In construction, that would be those processes that keep a project on-time and on-budget.   To implement process improvement, begin with the end – determine the final goal. Then decide what processes affect that goal and strive to make them more efficient. Opportunity: Set quantifiable goals for successful project management performance and improvement. For example: decrease RFI turnaround time by 15% or decrease administrative costs by 10%. Then decide what metrics you need to track so that you can make proactive decisions to meet those goals. Tactic:  Management reports give a broader picture of project status and provide first-level analysis. You can use this data to help drive process improvement.
